Brand Direction & Digital Experience
Project Overview: Dialed is a cannabis lifestyle brand built around community, modernity, and shameless self-expression. The brand serves both direct consumers and wholesale partners, with its hero product — a sleek, discreet vape pen — at the center of the experience. The challenge was twofold: clearly define what Dialed stands for visually and strategically, and make the product irresistible through bold, vibrant design that feels trend-forward without alienating everyday users.

My Role: Directed the end-to-end redesign of Dialed’s B2B and B2C e-commerce platform, modernizing the brand and elevating the customer experience. Strategically positioned the site as both a consumer-facing showcase and a central hub for wholesale partners, highlighting the product’s versatility and bold, trend-forward style. In addition, I collaborated with the team to extend the refreshed brand into an email campaign, ensuring consistent, engaging touch points across digital channels.
