Goal: Redesign the recruitment lookbook as part of a brand refresh to create a more engaging and impactful experience.
Solution: Inspired by Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, we restructured key recruitment processes and developed vibrant, cohesive content to enhance the lookbook's visual appeal.
My Role: Worked with content managers to refine hierarchy, led concept development, directed design strategy, and implemented a bold, dynamic visual style to redefine the lookbook's identity.
