Brand Development
As the Associate Design Manager, I partner with the Creative Director to elevate our brand and amplify awareness. I craft engaging print and digital products that revolutionized the student recruitment journey and designed striking visuals for unforgettable on-campus experiences. 

Crafting the Visual Identity
Brand Design 
The Goal: Update key recruitment materials to align with the refreshed brand and new inclusive strategic initiatives.

The Solution: Collaborate with the Admissions Team to ensure the materials reflected the recruitment process and embraced a more vibrant, inclusive design style.
My Role: Worked with the recruitment team to plan updates, partnered with Admissions to identify key recruitment elements, sourced freelancers, and implemented fresh, vibrant design styles.


Giving It a New (Look)book
Print Design 
Goal: Redesign the recruitment lookbook as part of a brand refresh to create a more engaging and impactful experience.

Solution:
Inspired by Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, we restructured key recruitment processes and developed vibrant, cohesive content to enhance the lookbook's visual appeal.

My Role: Worked with content managers to refine hierarchy, led concept development, directed design strategy, and implemented a bold, dynamic visual style to redefine the lookbook's identity.

The Goat
Identity Mark Design

The Goal: To create an  idenity mark that could be used in scenerious that promote school spirit and not be used as the primary logo.

The Solution: Create a secondary identity mark to unify and energize the St. Edward's community during campuswide events and promote school spirit. This versatile mark combines elements from the retired spirit logo and the Athletics Topper Head, offering an updated, adaptable, and cohesive symbol for the community.
My Role: Sourced the ideal freelancer and oversaw the design process from concept to vectorization, developed style guidelines, and stepped in to handle design tasks as needed.

A Vibrant Community
Videography Direction


Goal: Add a unique twist to the traditional Christmas message.

Solution:
Highlight inclusivity and campus vibrancy to thank the St. Edward’s community and showcase achievements.

My Role:
Directed videography, collaborated on the storyboard, and sourced footage to ensure a high-quality video for multi-channel distribution.

Enhancing The Digital Experience
UX / UI Design
Improving the Digital Journey

Goal: Revamp key online recruitment experiences for St. Edward's University.

Solution: Refreshed website pages to enhance brand identity and guide prospective students through their journey. Using authentic imagery and impactful design, we transformed the application process into an inspiring pursuit of higher education.

My Role: Partnered with campus teams to optimize content hierarchy and layout, while designing engaging, student-focused web pages.

Creating Captivating Platforms

Goal: Celebrate the investiture of Montserrat Fuentes, PhD, as the 24th President of St. Edward’s University and boost brand awareness through an engaging campaign.

Solution: Launched a mini-campaign featuring a presidential aesthetic, leveraging the university's traditional color palette to honor this historic moment.

My Role: Designed campaign assets, including emails, web pages, and social media visuals.
